Ms. Jasper Fafali Kumah

Head of Health Strategy, Policy, and Gender Programmes

Jasper is a Public Health Nurse and youth health equity advocate with over three years of experience in community outreach, health-related policy development, and training. She is passionate about advancing sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), education, and empowerment opportunities for young people and adolescents, particularly those in underserved and marginalised communities.

She holds a Bachelor of Public Health Nursing from the University of Health and Allied Sciences (UHAS), Ho. Her leadership journey across academia, NGOs, and community initiatives has been shaped by a commitment to equity, compassion, and collaboration, alongside strong skills in public speaking, communication, and stakeholder engagement.

At COMoG, Fafali leads on health strategy, policy, and gender programming, driving initiatives that expand equitable access to health services, knowledge, and opportunity for youth and adolescents. She also serves as Vice Curator at the Global Shapers, Ho Hub. Her work strongly aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being), SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 5 (Gender Equality), SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities), and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).
