Who we are

Country Observers Mission on Governance (COMoG) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have over your data under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

• Governance reports: details you choose to share about a governance concern. You may submit a report anonymously; if you provide contact details, we use them only to follow up on your report.
• Donations: your name, contact details, and donation records, used to process and acknowledge your contribution.
• Newsletter: your email address, used only to send the updates you have explicitly opted in to receive.

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
